When Robert Kennedy was assassinated by Sirhan Sirhan, all of American and its mass media erupted in a universal condemnation of his killing.
Again, when the Reverend Martin Luther King jr. was shot and killed by James Earl Ray, there was universal outcry and condemnation around the world. Every American news station carried the murder. Only the lowly minded and ignorant rejoiced in Dr. King's assassination.
Yet this week, when Charlie Kirk, a young man who was not a politician, but simply a pro life, pro America campus activist was assassinated in Utah, thousands of people took to social media to cheer and celebrate his murder. Most laughed, sang, and even danced over the fact that Kirk, would no longer be able to voice his opinion in public.
Main Street Media also rejoiced and many of the liberal news anchor people placed blame for Kirk's death, on his personal conservative viewpoints. CNN and countless other media outlets did not wait for Kirk's body to grow cold before attacking his life, his viewpoints, or his religious beliefs.
This proving my long held contention that we no longer live in the America where we all share the same values.
Nearly a third of the population of our country does not support the First Amendment right to free speech, when it comes to people who hold opinions contrary to their own. And Kirk's murder was seen by them as justified and befitting the tyrant they thought him to be. And from what little we know of Kirk's murderer, he grew up in a religious home of affluence and upper class security.
And while the widow and children of Charlie Kirk prepare for his burial, our nation is left with the unsettled question of how to move forward.
It is clear that the radicalization of anti-American sentiment has grown like a cancer throughout a major portion of our country. Young and old liberals and Democrats alike, virulently hate traditional American values and beliefs. They believe in violence as a credible means to an end. And that end is clearly defined as their dominance and subjugation of conservative values and the people who hold those values.
The path forward I believe is not to “turn the other cheek” as the bible suggests. But for all conservative people to actively begin to tear down and dismantle the colossal social and media machine that supports and promotes the radicalization of our youth by these ultra liberal ideologies. It is these left leaning ideologies that our schools and universities and promoted for the last 20 years, and must be systematically removed from further influencing and radicalizing further generations of our nation's youth. It is the left leaning mass media that broadcasts their hate and lies, that must be immediately dismantled.
And for those who are concerned for First Amendment rights to free speech. The liberal Main Street Media has hidden behind half truths for decades. Only the honest to God truth can be protected by our amendments to our Constitution. Our amendments protect individual rights, not treason or sedition orchestrated by global cabals, our the nation's political enemies.
