About Jax
Without being too melodramatic, I can honestly say that my life has been a journey. I will let my friends determine after my death, whether or not it was a successful voyage, or a terrible car crash.
Having said that. What you, the reader of my writing should understand is that while on the journey that is my life, I have gained invaluable insights. Not only upon the meat and meaning of my own life, but how I fit into the greater picture of our human history and lives. And it is these universal truths about human nature that I share across the twenty-five books I have written.
GENDER
Gender is the dirty world in my life.
Coming out of childhood, I was filled with self hatred and hatred of my own maleness. That self hatred metastasized into the false belief that I was a girl trapped in a boy's body. And the drive to resolve my own gender dysmorphia took to the far stretches of human society and eventually a sex change surgery.
In the process of living nearly forty years as a transwoman, I learned the painful truth that modern medicine's gender affirming care, was anything but. No amount of pills, injections, and plastic surgery every stopped or diminished my body dysmorphia. It was all in vain.
And finally, in my senior years I came home to the reality and acceptance of my own maleness and manhood.
CAREER
After having wasted my twenties and early thirties pursuing my fantasies about resolving my gender issues, I have the unique claim as to be the first transgender "woman" to be sworn in as a San Francisco Patrol Special police officer, way back in the dark ages of 1980. There is never any glory in being the first of anything, as I learned that pioneers get arrows in the front and the back. It was a horrible position to be in, and one that I fully do not recommend. I eventually was injured in the line of duty and left the job with Zero fanfare.
I eventually went into project management. There were no schools or classes on the subject back then, and every job held a steep learning curve, and more failures than I can count. But eventually, I gained some degree of experience, and it has managed to feed me for the last three decades. Through project management, I have worked around the world, worked in over twenty countries, and met some amazing people. Once I started traveling for work, my understanding of self, gender and sex roles changed radically, and I quickly rejected all of the old, USA gender affirmation care of its medical establishment.
BOOKS
Unlike many other writers who know how to stick to one genre, the topics of my many books range from Gender, Fiction, Fantasy, Philosophy, Project Management, Social Issues, Societal collapse, and Religion.
Once I started thinking about stuff, I just couldn't stop. And the books I wrote, just kept growing and growing.
I would hope that you will take the time out of your busy life, to sit back and read some of my books, or my articles which I have posted here.
Thank you for visiting my site and my thoughts.
